If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
Private on-site parking is available for EUR 9 per day or EUR 57 per week.
The property lift will be out of order from 05 to 09 September 2016 and from 12 to 23 September 2016.
Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.
The price includes: all taxes and fees (except local tax), TV, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (dish towel and bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning at the end of the stay (except for kitchen area and dishes),
For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available and at extra charge (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 folding bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

今年第 20 號颱風「卡努」昨（12）日晚間生成，並持續往西朝南海前進，雖不會直撲台灣，但受東北風與颱風外圍環流交互作用形成的「共伴效應」影響，今（13）日對台影響最劇烈，預期東半部及北部都有雨勢。氣象達人彭啟明也在臉書預估，下周可能又會有新的颱風生成。
彭啟明指出，「共伴效應」使得雨勢較颱風來時還要猛烈，尤其東半部的民眾在今日務必要提高警覺，此波雨勢預計會在周日（15日）開始減緩，下周一、周二（16、17日）天氣較為穩定。彭啟明也說，目前預期在下周二、周三（17、18日）後又會有熱帶性低壓逐漸發展，並在下周三、周四（18、19日）時發展成颱，但目前導引氣流的型態和目前很不相同，這可能成為下周末天氣的變數。
另外，根據氣象局歷史資料顯示，過去曾有幾個颱風都因「共伴效應」導致豪雨成災，包含：1987 年 10 月的琳恩颱風、2000 年象神颱風、2009 年芭瑪颱風、2010 年梅姬颱風，都曾為北部或東半部帶來大量降雨。
