Private on-site parking is available for EUR 9 per day or EUR 57 per week.
The property lift will be out of order from 05 to 09 September 2016 and from 12 to 23 September 2016.
Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.
The price includes: all taxes and fees (except local tax), TV, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (dish towel and bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning at the end of the stay (except for kitchen area and dishes),
For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available and at extra charge (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 folding bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September.
With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

《生命時報》報導，倫敦國王學院日前針對2232名18到19歲民眾的睡眠品質進行分析、研究，結果發現單身者相較有伴侶的人，高出10%的機率睡不好覺，使他們更容易出現白天疲勞、注意力不集中等現象。研究團隊認為，這是因為單身所引起的孤獨感，會讓人體分泌更多「應激激素」皮質醇，導致睡眠容易中斷；而有伴侶的人，則因為心裡獲得較多的安全感，從而獲得較好的睡眠品質。
此外，倫敦大學更在之後針對80萬名65歲老人進行一項研究，更發現單身和喪偶者，比有伴侶的人高出42%和20%的機率罹患老年癡呆症。研究人員認為，這是因為單身者較少參與社交活動，孤獨感強，使得身體狀況變差、精神不濟所致；而喪偶者則是因為伴侶逝世，承擔巨大壓力，影響反應能力，使得罹患老年痴呆症的風險上升。
不過離婚者對此研究不必太過憂慮，因為離婚者與孩子、朋友的接觸較多，罹患老年癡呆的風險並無恢復單身後增加。學者建議，單身的人應多參與社交活動，豐富自己生活、消除孤獨感。
